Dr Amy Herreen

Director/Sports Chiropractor

With over 20 years’ of clinical experience in the health and fitness industry, Dr Amy is here for your health and wellness needs. Having worked as an associate, a locum chiropractor and owned, managed and sold 2 multi-disciplinary practices of her own over the course of her career, Dr Amy has a wealth of knowledge to share in the treatment of sporting injuries, sports recovery and Chiropractic. She has worked with families, elite athletes, sporting teams such as AFL and AFLW, at world games, and backstage with celebrities and bands. She has qualified and worked in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor, strength and conditioning coach and competed in sport aerobics competitions herself. She has also completed post graduate studies in pregnancy, paediatrics as well as a Diploma of Sports Chiropractic, achieving the title of Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor, the latter of which permits her the possibility of working at the Olympics. She also keeps up to date on the latest evidence-based research, including concussion and concussion-related injuries.

From elite athletes to families, Dr Amy utilises a variety of Chiropractic techniques suited to your needs. These include, but are not limited to manual and instrument assisted Chiropractic techniques, dry needling, cupping, cold laser, ultrasound and K-tape for pain relief, injury prevention, sports performance and recovery.

In her spare time, Dr Amy plays Division 1 tennis for a local club, plays both competitive and social pickleball, trains at the gym, regularly walks her dog and runs around after her 2 busy children.
